30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your results. If you're not satisfied with your Rumbiro order for any reason, email support@rumbiro.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund — and because our strips are a personal-care product, you don't need to send anything back. Keep the pack; we'll refund you. (Limited to one money-back refund per customer.)

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email support@rumbiro.com within 30 days with your order number and a quick photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — no return required.

Changed your mind (unopened items)

Prefer to return an unopened, unused pack? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll email you a prepaid return label, then refund you once it arrives.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.

EU/UK orders

You also have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel for any reason, on top of the guarantee above.
