How to Request a Refund

Email support@rumbiro.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

• The name used on the order, and
• Your order number (found in your order confirmation email).

We'll confirm your refund by email, usually within 1–2 business days.

When You'll See Your Refund

Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@rumbiro.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — your choice.
